1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy explains how PrimTechSolv ("PrimTechSolv," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit this website, create an account, request a proposal, purchase a technical service, communicate with us, or participate in a project. PrimTechSolv is operated by QEEBEY TECH PTE. LTD.

This policy applies to website visitors, customers, customer representatives, prospective customers, and other people whose information is submitted to us in connection with a project. It does not replace a separate data-processing agreement or confidentiality agreement where one has been signed.

2. Information you provide

We may collect your name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, account credentials, billing address, project URL, service selections, project brief, support requests, and other information you choose to provide.

For technical delivery, you may provide specifications, source code, configuration files, logs, screenshots, database extracts, test records, credentials, architecture diagrams, or access to development and cloud environments. These materials may contain personal or confidential information. You are responsible for providing only information you are authorized to share and for removing unnecessary secrets or personal data where practical.

3. Transaction and payment information

When you purchase a service, we process order details such as the selected service, quantity, amount, currency, payment status, billing contact, timestamps, and transaction references. Card numbers and other payment credentials are generally collected and processed directly by the selected payment provider. We may receive limited payment information such as card type, masked digits, provider response, risk result, or confirmation status.

4. Information collected automatically

Our website and infrastructure may automatically record IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested URLs, date and time, language, approximate region, cookie identifiers, session information, and diagnostic or security events. We use this information to operate the website, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and understand aggregate use.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use essential cookies for authentication, cart state, checkout, security, language preferences, and basic website operation. We may also use limited analytics technologies to understand website performance and usage. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent account, cart, or checkout functions from working correctly.

6. How we use information

We use personal and project information to:

  • respond to enquiries and prepare proposals;
  • create and administer accounts, carts, orders, and payments;
  • confirm scope, schedule work, and deliver purchased services;
  • communicate about access, milestones, risks, changes, support, and handover;
  • diagnose technical issues and maintain service quality;
  • secure our website, systems, customers, and payment processes;
  • keep financial, contractual, and operational records;
  • enforce our terms, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations; and
  • improve our services using aggregated or de-identified information.

7. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to enter into or perform a contract, comply with law, protect legitimate business and security interests, establish or defend legal claims, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting processing already completed.

8. How we share information

We may share information with hosting and cloud providers, payment processors, email and communication providers, analytics and security vendors, professional advisers, and contractors who need the information to support an approved project. These recipients are expected to use information only for the relevant service and to apply appropriate safeguards.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, enforce an agreement, or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.

9. International processing

Our customers, infrastructure, service providers, and technical personnel may be located in different countries. As a result, information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.

10. Project access and credentials

Project credentials should be temporary, limited to the minimum permissions required, and delivered through an agreed secure method. We may store access details only for as long as needed to perform the work or provide agreed support. You should rotate or revoke project credentials when the engagement ends and promptly notify us if you believe access has been compromised.

11. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Order, payment, tax, contractual, and dispute records may be kept for the period required by applicable law or legitimate recordkeeping needs. Project materials are retained during delivery and any agreed support period, then deleted, returned, archived, or de-identified according to the written scope and operational requirements.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups and logs until they are overwritten through normal retention cycles. We may retain minimal records needed to document deletion, protect legal rights, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. Measures may include access controls, least-privilege permissions, encrypted transport, logging, backups, environment separation, and supplier review. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

13. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request, and legal exceptions may allow or require us to retain certain information.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us. Service, security, order, and project communications are not marketing and may continue while relevant.

14. Children

Our website and technical services are intended for businesses and adults authorized to enter into commercial arrangements. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information to us.

15. Third-party services and links

Projects and website pages may reference third-party websites, APIs, repositories, payment services, or cloud platforms. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies. We are not responsible for a third party's independent processing.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account, or project contact where appropriate.

17. Contact
